Simone: “We use the engagement survey and also send satisfaction surveys to measure the effectiveness of trainings and internal events.”

Simone: “We have our own E-learning platform and our Buddha Spa College training center for training and development through content, and to complement the efforts, the PDI module helps us track the development of these talents more closely.”
