Zezinho and Mariazinha, a couple of cousins, were walking through a pasture on a farm in the interior of Goiás, when they saw a horse mating with a mare. Mariazinha, very curious, quickly asked:
– Cousin Zezinho, what’s that? – pointing to the animals’ act.
– They are mating, dear! The mare is in heat, the horse noticed that and is going for it!
– But how does the horse know she’s in heat, cousin?
– Well, Mariazinha, it’s because the horse smells the mare in heat, dear!
They walked on and there was a goat mating with a goat; Mariazinha asked again and her cousin gave the same answer. Further ahead, there was a bull mating with a cow and she asked again and he gave the same answer: that the bull also smelled the cow in heat.
That’s when Mariazinha asked:
– Hey cousin, if I ask you something, will you promise not to get upset?
– Of course not, dear! You can ask!
– Is your nose blocked?

Nowadays, compliance is in fashion, which to me can be summed up in this sentence: If you can’t tell your mom, don’t do it!
